about Sweap's Refer a Friend program.
It's easy. Are you a Sweap user and want to get a friend interested in Sweap? Generate your personal link and send it to your contact. As soon as they purchase a license package with Sweap, you will both receive a reward.
In addition to a 50€ Amazon voucher, you can also choose a premium feature from the next license level up.
Your contact will receive a 50€ Amazon voucher and can look forward to more efficient event management.
You will receive your selected reward until you have reached the maximum limit of 3 referred friends. Of course, you can still refer as many contacts to Sweap as you want. They will always receive the 50€ Amazon gift card when they sign up using your link.
As a referrer, you will receive your bonus as soon as a person you have referred becomes a paying Sweap customer.
As a referred person, you will receive your bonus directly upon signing a contract with Sweap.
Since the premium is paid directly upon conclusion of the contract, termination has no effect.

Conditions of Participation
Terms and conditions for participation in the “Friends Refer Friends” promotion by MATE Development GmbH (Sweap)
1. Subject of the “Friends Refer Friends” promotion
As part of the “Friends Refer Friends” promotion, current Sweap users (hereinafter referred to as “Referrers”) can refer new customers for a paid Sweap license product in accordance with the following terms and conditions. The available products can be found on the price page on the Sweap website.
2. Requirements for participation by the Referrer
Participation in the “Friends Refer Friends” promotion is voluntary, open exclusively to active Sweap users, and may not be carried out commercially. The referrer is not authorized to act on behalf of MATE Development GmbH. The referrer must be a customer of MATE Development GmbH.
3. Requirements for participation of the referred new customer
3.1 A new customer within the meaning of the “Friends Refer Friends” promotion is anyone who has not had a contract with Stadtwerke Kiel AGMATE Development GmbH in the last twelve months prior to the order being placed, either personally or as a company.
3.2 The license start date of the referred new customer contract must not be more than two months in the future on the date the order is placed.
3.3 The referrer and the referred person may not be the same person. Furthermore, they may not be employed by the same company.
4. Referral link
4.1 Customer referrals are made via a personal referral link generated online by the referrer. Clicking on the “Generate link” button on the Sweap website generates an email to the specified email address. This email contains the link.
4.2 The referral link contains an automatically assigned ID number that can be used to identify the referrer in the subsequent process. The referrer is aware that they can be identified by Sweap through the referral link. The referrer is obliged to ensure that the referred person agrees to receive the referral before sending the personal referral link. In the event that the referred customer asserts claims against MATE Development GmbH due to the unsolicited sending of the referral link, the referrer shall indemnify MATE Development GmbH from all claims in connection with the sending of the referral link. MATE Development GmbH reserves the right to assert further claims against the referrer arising from this circumstance.
4.3 The order for the selected license is placed by the referred new customer using the referral link sent by the referrer, which directs the customer to a personalized website where they can create an account with Sweap.
5. Bonus for the referrer
5.1 The bonus for a new customer contract that has been concluded via an online order in accordance with section 4.3 above is €50 in the form of an Amazon voucher issued by MATE Development GmbH. In addition, in consultation with Sweap's Customer Success Team, a premium feature from the next higher license level, additional registrations, or additional users will be activated in the referrer's account.
5.2 The term of the bonuses or users activated in the account is 6 months. If the contract ends earlier, the remaining term or unused registrations expire. If the contract is extended, any remaining term will be transferred to the extended contract. Unused registrations will be transferred once.
5.3. A referrer has the opportunity to refer up to 3 new customers or new customer contracts. For each contract referred with a new customer, a bonus in the form of a $50 Amazon voucher will be provided.
5.4. The $50 Amazon voucher will be sent by MATE Development GmbH approximately four to six weeks after the contract has been confirmed to the referred customer. The prerequisite for payment of the bonus is the disclosure of the desired email address to which the Amazon voucher should be sent. Referrers and referred customers will receive a request to disclose this information.
5.5. The referrer is only entitled to the bonus if the contract has been validly concluded and has not been rejected by MATE Development GmbH or revoked or terminated by the customer.
5.6. The referrer may exclude the use of one or all bonuses at any time. To do so, a short written message to support@sweap.io is sufficient.
