How does the integration with Hubspot work?

Our Hubspot Integration enables data exchange between Sweap and HubSpot.

This means that you can fill Sweap with relevant attendee data from the CRM before the event.

After the event, you can see which of your contacts attended the event in Hubspot.

Which data points can be transferred?

You can connect (map) data fields created in Sweap to fields in Hubspot and then fill these fields with data from Hubspot during import into Sweap.

Automation with Zapier

Our Zapier integration connects Sweap to over 5,000 web services, allowing you to set up automated connections without coding and opening up unlimited possibilities for designing creative and converting participant journeys.

Application example for Hubspot integration

You have saved your contact details centrally in Hubspot and would now like to create a guest list for your next conference. You create this list in Hubspot and synchronise the list with Sweap. From Sweap, you send the invitations to your guest list to check who wants to attend.

In Sweap, you always have a holistic overview of all relevant data about your guests or accounts, e.g. lead status or deal size. Your event managers can prioritise and categorise your attendees at any time.

At the same time, new contacts can register via your Sweap registration page.

Sweap is a very intuitive tool that can be integrated with very little effort. The integration of automation tools, such as ‘Zapier’, which can take over individual processes and access the Sweap environment, is just as simple. This greatly reduces manual effort and allows you to concentrate on the project itself!

Our Zapier integration allows you to integrate additional tools into the process. For example, you can send an SMS reminder to your participants' mobile phones. Similarly, event managers can be informed by message when a certain guest category arrives.

As soon as your event is finished, you can send further information, e.g. about the guest's participation, to Hubspot. You can also create and assign important meeting notes and tasks for your sales team in Hubspot. This guarantees a fast and personalised follow-up process.
